Cost estimates for the health-care reform proposal working through the Senate Finance Committee were released yesterday. CBO estimates the Finance bill would result in a net reduction in federal budget deficts of $81 billion over 10 years, but assumes significant cuts in Medicare reimbursement to physicians scheduled underr current law -- an occurrence that many view as unrealistic.... more » (FEI members only)
