COT sends letter thanking the Senate and House tax writing committees for passage of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, R&D Tax credit extension.
On October 24, 2008, FEI's Committee on Taxation submitted a letter to the Senate Finance Committee and House Ways and Means Committee thanking the committee for their work on the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. Included in that bill was the retroactive two-year extension of the Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit and increase in the Alternative Simplified Credit rate for 2009.
