On March 12, 2010 the SEC released three additional Q&As relating to Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance, as part of its Compliance & Disclosure Interpretations series. Separately, on March 15, 2010 the SEC released a Staff Legal Bulletin simplifying the requirements relating to suspension of certain reporting obligations.
