FASB Proposals Coming On Fair Value Disclosure, Oil & Gas; More
At its Aug. 5, 2009 board meeting, FASB voted to proceed toward releasing proposed changes to fair value disclosures and oil and gas reporting. FASB also agreed to finalize a standard on fair valuing alternative investments.
