Earlier today, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in the Free Enterprise Fund et al. v. PCAOB et al. case.

PCAOB Approves Budget; Awaits Supreme Court
On Nov. 30, 2009 the PCAOB approved a $183 million budget for 2010. The budget awaits approval by the SEC. On Dec. 7, oral argument begins in a Supreme Court case in which the constitutionality of the PCAOB is being challenged.
