At a joint meeting of the Financial Accounting Standards Board's Private Co. Financial Reporting Committee and Small Business Advisory Committee on Dec. 3, 2009, PCFRC Chair Judy O'Dell said, "We've dome to the conclusion it's time to look at a separate set of private company accounting standards."
