11-02-07 : Monitoring Board Releases Report, Seeks Comment On IFRS Foundation Governance
On Feb. 7, 2011 the Monitoring Board of the IFRS Foundation released a report on the IFRS Foundation's Goverance. Public comment is invited on the report during a 60-day comment period, which ends April 8.
10-02-16 : IASCF Amends Constitution; Provides Update On Funding, Role Of Convergence
On Feb. 15, 2010 the IASCF announced governance enhancements contained in amendments to its Constition, effective March 1, 2010. The IASCF has also posted a funding update. Separately, the chairman of the IASCF provided a response to a recent report in the Financial Times regarding convergence.
