PCAOB Chairman Jim Doty stated last week that PCAOB will consider the issue of potentially requiring mandatory audit firm rotation.
09-04-14 : PCAOB Issues Concept Release on Audit Confirmations; Baumann Named Chief Auditor
On April 14, 2009 the PCAOB board voted unanimously to issue for public comment a Concept Release on Audit Confirmations. Separately, Marty Baumann was named Chief Auditor of the PCAOB.
