On October 8, 2009, FEI’s Committee on Taxation signed a letter sent by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce urging Members of Congress to enact legislation that would extend business tax provisions that expire at the end of 2009. By allowing this extension, Congress will help build momentum for strong economic recovery and job growth.
