Chapter Reports - Samples
The below samples have been provided by the Headquarters.
Weekly Activity Reports
This report is distributed weekly to each Chapter and indicates all new elections, reinstatements, category transfers, Chapter transfers and severances.
Weekly Fiscal Year Summary Totals by Chapter Report
This report is distributed weekly to each Chapter and shows Fiscal Year totals by membership category.
Monthly In-transition Report
This report is distributed monthly to each Chapter and lists current members who are in-transition.
Monthly Membership Opportunity Report
This report provides a year-to-date (YTD) count of all members assigned to your Chapter by Headquarters who have paid their Chapter dues, all members who have recently been assigned to your Chapter within the last 30 days (either new or transfer), and all members assigned to your Chapter by Headquarters who are not currently paying local Chapter dues.
