On June 24, 2011, FEI’s Committee on Corporate Treasury sent a letter to the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets regarding their hearing on oversight of the mutual fund industry.  The letter urges Congress to preserve money market funds’ stable net asset value (NAV) structure and also expresses concern with proposals requiring funds to float their value.
