FEI members from public companies will be adopting XBRL as recently mandated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange commission. Depending on your filing status this adoption could occur for your companies in the 2^nd quarter of this year or in the 2^nd quarter of 2010 or 2011.

For companies starting to examine the impact on their companies, this presentation will help determine possible next steps. For large accelerated filers that have already examined XBRL adoption, this resource may serve as a high level checklist to compare your company efforts versus others.
