U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Examines SEC, Makes Recomendations To Improve

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has issued a report, Examining the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which "focuses on recommendations that can be implemented under the current SEC jurisdiction and can increase the agency's ability to effectively allocate regulatory resources in the short-term."
