FEI CCR, CPC Respond To FASB-IASB Discussion Paper On Financial Statement Presentation

FEI Summary

On April 14, 2009 FEI's Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR) filed a comment letter with the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the International Accounting Standards Board on the FASB-IASB joint Discussion Paper on Financial Statement Presentation. Read the FEI CCR letter filed on April 14; you can also read the earlier comment letter on this subject filed by FEI CCR on February 9. April 14 is the closing date of the six-month comment period on this Discussion Paper which was released by FASB and the IASB in October, 2008.

On April 21, FEI's Committee on Private Companies - Standards Subcommittee filed a comment letter with FASB and the IASB on this issue. See the CPC comment letter.
