On June 10, 2009 the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission posted for public comment its proposed rule entitled, Facilitating Shareholder Director Nominations. Comments are due 60 days from the date the proposal is published in the Federal Register. This is the proposal approved for release at SEC's May 20 open commission meeting.
