IASB Publishes Discussion Paper/Preliminary Views on Employee Benefits Standard

FEI Summary

On March 27, 2008, the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) published a Discussion Paper (DP) entitled, "Preliminary Views on Amendments to IAS 19 Employee Benefits." The DP is currently only available to e-IFRS subscribers, and will be posted on IASB's website April 7.

The comment deadline on the DP is September 26, and further information is in this IASB press release.
