On. Feb. 24, 2009, the staff of the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commisison published guidance in the form of Staff Q&As pertaining to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (with respect to new requirements for recipients of Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) funds).
