Directors, Financial Execs Invited to Special Session At PCAOB Small Bus Forum

FEI Summary

On Aug. 20, 2008 the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) announced the agendas for its upcoming forums for directors and financial executives of small and mid-sized public companies – part of PCAOB’s Forum on Auditing in the Small Business Environment series. 

The PCAOB program consists of a day-long session for audit firms that audit small public companies, and at certain times throughout the year PCAOB adds on a "day-two" session specifically for directors and financial executives of smaller public companies. The next such sessions for directors and financial executives of smaller public companies will be held Oct. 1 in Chicago, and Oct. 30 in Philadelphia.
