FEI Makes Recommendations To Congress And Treasury On Economic Stimulus

FEI Summary
On Jan. 13, 2009, FEI’s Committee on Taxation (COT) submitted a letter to Congressional leadership providing recommendations to further stimulate a research and development tax credit, a temporary extension of the carryback period for net operating losses to five years and a temporary change in the treatment of capital losses.
FEI's COT sent a similar letter to the U.S. Treasury Department.
