Financial Executives International announces expansion in the United States, with the chartering of a new chapter in Knoxville, Tenn., bringing the number to 85 chapters – with 74 in the U.S. and 11 in Canada – for the professional association of senior finance executives.
"We are excited for the formation of a new chapter that enables FEI to expand its presence into the great city of Knoxville and meet the specific needs of local professionals," said Marie Hollein, FEI president and CEO of the Florham Park, N.J.,-based professional association, who was present at the launch on Tues., July 14, at the Peerless Restaurant in Knoxville, Tenn.
FEI elected Chris Chandler, chief financial officer for Radio Systems, to serve as the FEI Knoxville Chapter president. Others on the board include Janet Parkey, vice president of Programs and CFO, Optimal 4 Software; Debbie Carper, vice president of Sponsorship and CFO, Medic Regional Blood Center; Luis Reyes, Secretary and CFO, Vinfan USA and VinfanCanada Inc.; Frank Southall, treasurer and vice president and controller, Ruby Tuesday; James Clayton, co-vice president of Membership and CFO, Scripps Networks; and Andre Juneau, co-vice president of Membership and controller Bush Brothers & Co.
