On April 6, 2010, FEI's President and CEO Marie Hollein sent a letter to the Chairmen and Ranking Members of the Energy and Commerce Committee and the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. The letter is outlining FEI’s concern with the tax treatment of the Medicare Part D Subsidy in the new health care law and is in response to an Energy and Commerce hearing on the impacts the Patient Protect and Affordable Care Act of 2010 has had on business.
