FEI's CGB and COT sign onto a Government Withholding Relief Coalition Letter to Congress

On March 2, 2010, FEI’s CGB and COT signed onto a letter by the Government Withholding Relief Coalition to congressional leaders advocating for repeal of the 3% withholding requirement.  The letter went on to demonstrate that concepts in the recent Presidential Memo and Budget proposal that focus on increasing tax compliance by companies receiving federal payments are a better approach than the broad brush 3% withholding mandate.
