COT and CGB Voices Concerns with 3% Withholding Requirement to House of Representatives

On October 29, 2009 as members of the Government Withholding Relief Coalition, FEI’s Committee on Taxation (COT) and Committee on Government Business (CGB) voiced the committees’ concerns with a sweeping new requirement mandating that federal, state, and local governments withhold 3% from payments for goods and services in a letter to the Chairman and Ranking Member on the House of Representative’s Panel on Defense Acquisition Reform.
