CPC-P submitted a written statement to the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in preparation for their annual Small Business Capital Formation Forum – an event that the SEC has been statutorily required to hold for more than 25 years.  The Forum examines the impediments faced by small businesses as they attempt to access capital.  The SEC looks to groups like CPC-P to provide recommendations and uses them to produce a final report that is presented to Congress.
