FASB To Issue Proposal Requiring More Judgment For Loss Contingencies, By BNA March 12, 2008
The Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) published the following article on March 12, 2008, summarizing the results of the Financial Accounting Standards Board's (FASB's) meeting on March 11 at which FASB voted to proceed with issuing a proposed amendment to the disclosure requirements under FAS 5, "Accounting for Contingencies."
