In accordance with FEI's Bylaws, the election of Directors will take place at FEI's Annual Business Meeting of Members, to be held on Saturday, April 2, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. in the McArthur 4 Room of the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, 2400 East Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
