FEI Comments on Interim Rule that Impose Significant New Requirements on Contractors

On September 7, 2010, FEI’s CEO and President, Marie Hollein, responded to a July 8 interim rule from the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council that would place significant new reporting requirements on federal government contractors and place the information on a public database. The interim rule will require contractors to report all first-tier subcontract awards over $25 million and an obligation for subcontractors to report executive compensation.
