Airbiquity will be implementing a mid-size ERP system this year. I’d appreciate referrals for providers to help with the selection and implementation process.
Secondly, we’re exporting computer equipment to Asia (primarily for testing) and to Europe (for testing and sale). Does anyone know any providers who can help with the import/export process?

There are several providers that may be able to help, depending on what you’re looking for.
We have found that the freight forwarders are extremely helpful, particularly K-Line Air Service for Asia, Expeditors International for Europe, and Air-Sea Forwarders for importing.
For learning about your responsibilities as an exporter, the two-day classes offered by Bis (www.bis.doc.gov) are a good start, if you haven’t already attended.
