The FEI Hall of Fame provides recognition to financial executives who have epitomized the performance, leadership and integrity of the most exemplary financial executives throughout their professional careers and in doing so, have made significant contributions to the betterment of their respective organizations and to the finance profession as a whole.
Eligible inductees would be individuals who have served as senior financial executives at some point in their careers, in public, private or non-profit organizations and, in that role or others, have significantly impacted their organizations, industry or society at large. Historical inductees to the FEI Hall of Fame have been “veterans” in the finance profession, having served no less than 20 years in a senior finance function. As the honor reflects the success achieved during his/her professional career, inductees are selected in the final stages of their career or following retirement. Nominees should have a career history of strong leadership and innovation, demonstrated organizational performance and a reputation for acting with integrity and ethical behavior.
Consideration for Hall of Fame induction is through peer nomination only, and both members and nonmembers of FEI are eligible for nomination. FEI’s Hall of Fame Award cannot be presented posthumously. Longstanding and distinguished FEI leadership is honored through FEI’s Distinguished Service Award and while commendable, it is not the major contributing factor for determining admission to the Hall of Fame.
