: FELIX terms and conditions

FELIX is a moderated, e-mail based discussion forum that allows members of Financial Executives International (FEI) to communicate with and learn from their peers. FELIX is not to be used for the marketing of products and services, advertisements, solicitations or chain letters. FELIX is open to all FEI members from privately held companies, and there is no fee associated with participation. FELIX will be moderated by Financial Executives Research Foundation, Inc. (FERF).

Please remember: FELIX is a public forum. Unless you specifically request anonymity, other FELIX participants will see your questions and responses. You will be responsible for those questions and responses.

When responding to FELIX questions, please keep in mind that you can be held legally liable for what you write. Neither FEI nor FERF will be held responsible for the content of any compiled response. However, we reserve the right not to include any material for any reason whatsoever. You agree, through the use of this service, that you will not respond to FELIX with any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to provide any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.

FELIX is provided by FERF as a member-to-member communication vehicle. FERF staff will moderate FELIX to ensure that participants adhere to the Terms and Conditions. However, if FEI members have questions regarding FERF policy, procedures, decisions, activities, and actions, they may submit them directly to FERF.

Remember to request anonymity if you choose to exclude the source of the questions or answers submitted to FELIX.
