CPC Standards Subcommittee Files Comment Letter On FAF Proposal To Restructure FASB

On Feb. 8, 2008, FEI's Committee on Private Companies (CPC) standards subcommittee filed a comment letter with the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) in response to FAF's proposal to restructure the FAF, Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The FAF oversees FASB and GASB.
