COSO Update For PCAOB SAG - March 24, 2011

The Public Company Accounting Standards Board's Standing Advisory Group (SAG) received an update from Dave Landsittel, Chairman of the Board, Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commmission, and Miles Everson, Partner, PwC, regarding COSO's project to modernize its 1992 Internal Control-Internal Framework.
