FEI Small Public Co. Task Force Comments Re 404 Delay

FEI’s Small Public Company Task Force filed a comment letter with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Sept. 13, 2006 in response to the SEC’s proposed delay for smaller public companies to file their Section 404 internal control reports. The comment letter is available here.
