FEI Elects 2011-2012 Officers; George Boyadjis Becomes Chairman

FEI announced its 2011-12 slate of officers, whose terms run from July 1-June 30, 2012:
George Boyadjis, CPA, executive director, CresaPartners LLC, was elected to the position of FEI's national chair, after serving as national vice chair for the previous year.
Marsha L. Hunt, CPA, vice president, controller and principal accounting officer of Cummins Inc., will now serve as national vice chair.
Taylor Hawes, Sr., CFO of Intellectual Property and Licensing, Microsoft Corp., will continue to serve as vice president at large.
Harry W. Zike, CPA, CFO and board member, GTE Plc., will now serve as vice president at large.
David Nunes, senior vice president of finance for Minor League Baseball, joined the FEI board in the role of treasurer.
Robert Shultz, vice president, Enterprise Services Strategy, Hewlett-Packard Co., will serve as secretary.
Kim K. Gazzola, vice president for Finance and Administration at Cambridge College, will serve for a second year as FERF chair. FERF, the Financial Executives Research Foundation, is the research affiliate of FEI.
FEI President and CEO Marie Hollein, welcoming the new officers, said: "On behalf of our entire organization, I am pleased to welcome and congratulate these accomplished business leaders on their well-earned positions on the FEI board.
