PCAOB Announces 2008 Standing Advisory Group

 On Oct. 29, 2007, the Public Company Accounting Standards Board (PCAOB) issued a press release announcing the roster of its Standing Advisory Group (SAG) for 2008) including new appointments and reappointments.

 FEI members appointed/reappointed to PCAOB's SAG include:

n       Joseph Carcello; Director of Research, Corporate Governance Center and Ernst & Young Professor, University of Tennessee;

n       Margaret M. Foran; Senior Vice President, Corporate Governance; Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Pfizer Inc;

n       Gary R. Kabureck; Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Xerox Corp., and member of FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting; and

n       Lawrence J. Salva; Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, Comcast Corp., and member of FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting.
